Development

After I presented my idea I started to refine my idea and futher develop it, I decided that I had to choose weather I wanted a abstract or clean and simple design. I went with simple and clean as I wanted to create a design which could be suitable it any house hold modern or contemporary.

I refined my design on solid works and started to look into the functionality and how I could produce this simply

I created this form as a starting point, I would have 8 plat forms which were routered out and had acrylic on the top on bottom which would contain the lighting inside as well as create a nice contrast, the base is larger ti contain the peice which holds the form up and provides electricty to each layer through magnets and they are removable.
